I don't usually rate companies; but I'm so frustrated at the folks at ATC Conversions. I purchased one of their wheelchair accessible trucks a while back and have had one problem after another. I understand sometimes things go wrong; but when you can't get anyone to return your phone calls or emails to try and get a issue resolved on a modification they built; well just where am I suppose to go? Everytime I've had issues they argue about paying the dealer for repairs that are suppose to be covered under their standard warranty. Their tech support team treats you like the customer is the problem and they just want you to go away, how dare you say anything negative about their conversion. This has been the most unreliable wheelchair vehicle I have ever owned. These repair costs that I'm paying on a brand new vehicle have been ridiculous. BUYER BEWARE OF ATC -All Terrain Conversions. In my experience with their products something is constantly going wrong and they either don't want to fix it; or maybe they just don't know how to fix it. Worst buying decision ever. I know those other 5 star reviews on here can't be real; because I've talked to others who have had similiar experiences like I have had. I'm going to be reporting them to the BBB. #Takingadvantageofpeoplewithdisabilities
